Dennis Thompkins - President | CEO

Dennis has been an independent small business owner since 1970, primarily designing and
building fine custom homes as well as commercial projects. Historical restorations have been of
special interest to him. He first became involved in the storage industry as part owner and
developer eight years ago and, having enjoyed the business, decided to start a new, highly
customized, record storage business in January of 2002.

He is an avid reader, student of philosophy, private pilot and proud parent of two fine young
adults. The common thread in his life’s endeavors has been close attention to detail and a high
level of service to his clients.

Record Preservation & Management is based in Oakland, California and serves the East Bay and the Peninsula, including Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Richmond, Concord, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Hayward, Fremont and Union City, as well as Palo Alto, Belmont, Redwood City, San Carlos, San Mateo, Daly City, South City and San Francisco.
